The HUD reflects off the glass, displaying accurate speed (MPH). It gets powered by a USB to USB C cable, no other wiring needed. Glass sticker reflector included, but not needed for function.
Perfect for the 240 which no longer had a working speedometer

4 stars due to cheap thin USB cable causing the unit to hum at very high frequency. Once we changed to better USB cable unit was silent. My 56yr ears could hear it but my sons 19yr old ears couldn't unhear it.

I was dreading the possible bluetooth pairing or odbii connection, but to my surprise, you just plug it into a usb for power and it does the connection to the gps satellite automatically and without any cost to us. Im glad this hud is so rebust and works perfect out of the box. Also the speed reflection is very visible, even without adding the reflector to the windshield. its perfect, i love this hud! thank you mike for finding such a good product for us :D
